How do I download the pics/vids when I see the link?
Answer: You have to sign up your email on the right hand side of the page to be a subscribe/contributor.
Club members can be contributors. Anyone can be a subscriber. This step seperates the two.
What if it doesn't work for me and I need some help?
Put your name in the feedback form page or just bring it up at practice with Andrew?

Posting by email
Since you can post to Posterous via email, you don't even really have to install an app to get going. Just send an email to hkjk@posterous.com from your iPhone. You can attach photos, audio, even video. We'll put it all online instantly.
Posting multiple photos
The iPhone lets you email a photo from within the Camera or Photos apps, and you can also email multiple photos to Posterous at once, and get an image gallery.
From within the Photo Library, click the "Share" icon in the lower left corner of the iPhone screen. Then select up to 5 photos. A checkmark will appear on photos you have selected. Then click "Share" in the lower left corner to email them to Posterous.
